Ever since I was 14, I dreamed of becoming an architect. Life, however, took me on a different path, and I pursued Metallurgical Engineering instead. My passion for design and architecture never left me, though—it stayed with me through every phase of my life. After earning my degree, I moved to the US in 2005 and began my career in the heart of the Magic City.
For 16 years, I worked in the manufacturing world, specializing in steelmaking and the automotive industries. During this time, I honed a deep understanding of materials, structures, and processes—skills that, surprisingly, have translated beautifully into my design work today. Working in engineering taught me discipline, problem-solving, and the importance of precision—qualities I now carry into every space I create. But despite the success I found in that field, I always felt a pull toward something more creative, more personal.
When I became a stay-at-home mom to our three amazing daughters, I had the space and time to rediscover that dream I had at 14—the one I’d put on the back burner for so long. I realized it was time to take a leap of faith and pursue my true passion: interior design. Now, I’m on a journey of reinvention, turning my love for design into a career where I can express myself and help others create spaces they love.
Growing up in Venezuela, where every region offers a unique climate and landscape, gave me a deep appreciation for diverse environments. And through my travels, I’ve had the privilege of seeing so many beautiful places around the world, each with its own design language. These experiences have shaped my eye for detail and aesthetics, and they’ve helped me develop a unique approach to design that blends beauty with functionality.
My goal is simple: to create spaces that feel like a true reflection of you. I want to design rooms that not only look beautiful but also work for your life—spaces that make you feel comfortable, inspired, and at home.
My love for design began at 14, decorating my own room and helping my mom with home projects. I later gained valuable experience assisting my father with his turnkey office design business in Venezuela, where I contributed to blueprints, custom furniture designs, and space planning.
In 2005, I moved to the U.S. and bought my first home in 2007. When I relocated for work in 2010, I staged and sold my condo for full price in just a week, despite the challenging market, thanks to strategic staging and design.
Since then, I’ve staged and sold multiple properties, applying key design principles like balance, harmony, and proportion to create appealing, functional spaces. My experience spans modern, farmhouse, and loft styles, and I enjoy designing custom furniture and lighting fixtures.
In addition to my own projects, I’ve helped family and friends decorate their homes, always guided by design elements that ensure each space is both beautiful and functional.
